Terms of Service

The service
SpreadAI provides an independent assessment of how AI systems may find, understand, compare, and route customers to your business based on public website information. When you request a free GEO & AI Visibility Snapshot, we use automated analysis subject to safety and rate limits described in our Privacy Policy. Delivery is by email when processing completes; timing depends on queue load and site complexity. We do not guarantee instant or real-time results.
What we do not do
SpreadAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Meta, Shopify, Stripe, or any other AI or commerce platform. We do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, leads, bookings, sales, platform listings, agent checkout eligibility, or that any AI product will recommend your business.
We do not submit forms, contact businesses on your behalf, make bookings, complete purchases, access payment information, or change accounts for you.
Results and limitations
Snapshots and scores reflect our structured review of public content at the time of analysis. They are informational readiness assessments, not legal, financial, or platform-compliance advice. Public pages may change, block automated access, or omit information AI systems would need; some findings may be unknown rather than negative.
Two scores, two meanings. The readiness score is a deterministic audit of site accessibility and interpretability. It is not a measure of whether AI systems mention or cite you — visibility metrics are sampled separately over time, depend on the questions and engines tested, and vary between runs. A single observation is a signal, not a verdict.
Suggestions are not outcomes. Fix recommendations (including AI-assisted explanations) describe changes that our evidence suggests are worth making. They are not representations that any engine will cite, rank, or recommend you after you make them. Nothing the assistant says changes your score or report.
Acceptable use
You may only submit websites you are authorized to assess. You must provide accurate contact information and valid consent. You must not abuse the form, attempt to probe our infrastructure, or submit URLs you do not have permission to analyze.
API and MCP access
Personal access tokens and OAuth connections grant read-only access to your own assessment data through the Model Context Protocol. Keep tokens secret; treat any client you connect as acting on your behalf. We may revoke tokens or suspend access that abuses the endpoint, and may change or discontinue the API surface with reasonable notice.
